Established in 2008, Gateway College of Architecture and Design (GCAD) was initiated by architect Mr. Rakesh Aggarwal and his business partner Mr. H.P. Mangla, both well-established in education. The college was supported by Professor Anil Kumar, a retired Dean of DCRUST, Murthal, who has been teaching architecture since 1975. Located in Sector 11, Sonipat, the campus spans over 23 acres of beautifully landscaped area.
The college is approved by the Council of Architecture (COA), Government of India, and affiliated to Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science and Technology (DCRUST), Murthal.
